Our Booster Club grill is available for rent to community members, organizations, and teams. Please review the following rental terms carefully before submitting your request:
$50 flat rental fee (includes use of grill for one event/day).
Renter is responsible for supplying their own propane.
The grill may not leave the Benson Football Stadium.
The only exception is if a Booster Club Grill Master is requested. In that case, the grill may be used elsewhere on school grounds only (but may not leave school property under any circumstances).
If you would like the Booster Club to provide a Grill Master, there is an additional $50 fee.
When a Booster Club Grill Master is provided, no cleaning deposit is required.
If the renter chooses not to use a Booster Club Grill Master, a $100 cleaning deposit check will be required at the time of pick-up.
The deposit will be returned once the grill is inspected and confirmed to be returned in a clean and ready-to-use condition.
Failure to return the grill clean may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The responsible renting party must submit a photo of their valid driver’s license as proof of identity when completing the rental agreement.
The name on the license must match the name on the rental form.
All renters are required to provide their own propane tanks.
Rental requests must be submitted no later than 14 days in advance to ensure availability.
The Booster Club reserves the right to deny rentals at its discretion.
